COB LED strip are designed to obtain a uniform light emission without using a diffuser on top of the led strip. This is an advantage in all applications where spaces are very limited and is not possible to integrate the led strip in the aluminium profile with diffuser. Robust design due to a steel wire which runs underneath the led and help protecting from breaking in case of very narrow bending radius.
